Potential analysis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the 360\u00b0 potential analysis is to identify and evaluate cost reduction potential and the measures required to achieve this. In doing so, we analyze all product cost-relevant areas in your company, in particular sales, product management, design, control technology, purchasing and production. We first look at the full scope of manufacturing costs across your machine or system and identify the issues that hold cost reduction potential. We scrutinize your modular system, the concept and the detailed design of the machines and systems, suggest optimizations and evaluate the associated savings potential. Furthermore, we calculate, among other things, the manufacturing costs of individual components, compare the costs with similar parts from other tasks (plausibility checks) and - if desired - we inquire about selected components on the market and thus benchmark their purchase prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further elements of the potential analysis are the competitive analysis and the differential cost analysis. For this purpose, we analyze the construction methods of the competition and evaluate whether the construction method leads to higher or lower manufacturing costs compared to your construction. The cost difference is quantified so that you know the manufacturing cost difference for the overall machine. Additionally, many approaches for the technical optimization of your plant can be derived from these analyses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, you receive a catalog of measures with the associated savings potentials and the degree of severity as well as the expected risk in the implementation. The total potential for the machine or plant is derived from this.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Realization phase<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The potential analysis is followed by the implementation phase. The identified measures are implemented in your company. We actively support this phase and consistently monitor the expected and already achieved savings. At the beginning of the realisation phase, we validate and corroborate the results of the potential study, for example through supplier offers or concrete sample calculations from the work preparation department. Subsequently, the potentials are realised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
