Managing Partner<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. K\u00f6hler has been working as a consultant for product cost reduction for 9 years. His main fields of activity are design-to-cost, calculation of components and assemblies, material cost reduction as well as manufacturing concepts. Dr. K\u00f6hler trained as an industrial clerk and industrial mechanic, studied production engineering and also earned his doctorate at the Institute of Production Engineering and Machine Tools (IFW) at Leibniz Universit\u00e4t Hannover. Since 2013, he has been a senior consultant at ProWerk GmbH, and since 2022 he has been a managing partner of ProWerk Consulting GmbH.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Dr. Noske promovierte am Institut f\u00fcr Fertigungstechnik und Werk\u00adzeugmaschinen (IFW) der Universit\u00e4t Hannover.  Nach mehrj\u00e4hriger leitender Industriet\u00e4tigkeit und T\u00e4tigkeit als Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der ProWerk GmbH ist er heute Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrender Gesellschafter der ProWerk Consulting GmbH.  Mit den Erfahrungen aus \u00fcber 100 Value Engineering Projekten verf\u00fcgt er \u00fcber einen Pool von Ideen und L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr eine nachhaltige Wertsteigerung von komplexen Produkten.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Mr. Reingen has been working for ProWerk Consulting GmbH as a senior consultant since 2022. He studied electrical engineering and subsequently worked for various well-known companies in the mechanical and plant engineering sector. Initially, he was head of development for control technology of a machine tool manufacturer, later product manager, design and development manager as well as technical manager and authorized signatory. He has extensive knowledge in the development of machines and plants, both in terms of mechanics and electrical engineering.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Dr.-Ing. habil. Wolfgang Horn<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Consultant Innovation and Technology<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Horn received his doctorate and habilitation in technology and factory automation. After many years working as a design engineer and manager in the machine tool industry, most recently as Vice Chairman Technology of MAG IAS Global, he was Senior Vice President and Technical Director at Bosch Rexroth. He has many years of experience and expertise in global markets, for the development of complex industrial products, combined with challenging manufacturing cost targets, and thus a wide range of creative ideas and solutions.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Dr.-Ing. habil. Hans-Guenter Wobker<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Senior Consultant<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Wobker earned his doctorate and habilitation in the fields of Technology and Manufacturing Engineering. Hans-G\u00fcnter Wobker has more than 30 years of experience working in a world-leading group in mechanical and plant engineering. Within the group, he held various positions both in Germany and abroad. In addition to responsibilities at the U.S. plant, he was, among other things, in charge of establishing a plant in China. Furthermore, he led the Special Products division for many years as General Manager and has expertise in the areas of product development and innovation management.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
